Industrial cleaning for active warehouse sites: crews inducted before their first visit, scheduled around your shifts, and checked by a supervisor who did not do the clean.
A warehouse with forklift and pallet-jack traffic, racking, loading docks and machinery is a different job from an office. Our industrial cleaning is built around that: the crew completes your site-safety induction before their first visit, wears the PPE your site requires, and keeps clear of restricted and active-machinery zones.
This page is for active warehouse and industrial sites that need a recurring clean on the Gold Coast.
Your written scope sets out which of these apply to your site, and how often.
Every warehouse site has its own induction covering forklift-traffic rules, restricted zones and emergency procedures. Our supervisor confirms each crew member has completed yours before their first visit, so an uninducted cleaner never goes onto your floor.
On the operational floor the crew wears high-visibility PPE at all times, stays clear of forklift and pallet-jack travel lanes unless your induction authorises crossing, and makes eye contact with a machine operator before crossing a lane on foot.
Racking, loading-dock edges and areas behind machine-safety barriers are treated as restricted unless your site contact has cleared that area and time window. The crew never cleans on or next to machinery that has not been de-energised and tagged out by your own personnel; we respect tags already in place and do not perform lock-out ourselves.
If the crew finds a hazardous or unidentified spill or waste, they report it to your site contact straight away and do not handle it.
Exact travel lanes, exclusion zones and induction sign-off differ for every site, so we confirm them with your site-safety team and your induction takes precedence.
At onboarding we confirm whether your site is cleaned after hours or around live shift operations. A warehouse running multiple shifts may need cleaning windows between shift changeovers rather than a single after-hours visit.
Where we clean around active shifts, we agree the visit window with your site contact each time rather than assuming a fixed slot, and we reconfirm PPE and induction are current if a visit falls during operating hours.
Top to bottom, clean to dirty, furthest point to the exit, floors last, applied zone by zone across the open floor rather than room by room.
Red for toilets and urinals, yellow for restroom surfaces, sinks and counters, blue for general surfaces and glass, green for kitchens and breakrooms. A cloth never crosses categories, and cloths are laundered separately by colour.
Chemicals are diluted to the ratio on the product label, not eyeballed. Diluted bottles are labelled with the product name and ratio, and chemicals are never mixed across categories.
After the clean, a supervisor who wasn’t on the roster inspects the site and scores it against your written scope. You receive a monthly cleaning report covering the agreed scope.
