You should know what you are applying for before you apply, so here it is.
We clean offices, medical and dental centres, strata buildings and education sites, along with some other commercial sites. Each one has a written scope, so you know which areas and tasks are yours before you walk in.
Most of our work happens outside business hours: early mornings, evenings and nights, on weekdays and weekends. We’d rather say that now than have you find out at the interview.
Cleaning is physical work. You’ll be on your feet, lifting and emptying bins, bending, kneeling, vacuuming and mopping. If you have questions about any of it, ask us.
What we provide. Your uniform and PPE are issued at induction. We supply the equipment and chemicals, so there is nothing to buy and no supply runs.
Employees are paid under the Cleaning Services Award 2020, and we pay good cleaning technicians above it. The award starts at $27.08 an hour (Level 1), or $33.85 an hour for casuals, which includes the casual loading. Higher classifications and more experience mean more. You are paid weekly, every week.

Wherever possible, we keep you on the same sites with the same small team, so you learn each site properly.
Good work should show up in your pay. Quality bonuses are paid each quarter and are based on site inspection results and client feedback. Attendance alone doesn’t earn one, so the work itself is what counts.
