Your privacy. Vantage Point Facility Services Pty Ltd collects these details to {purpose}. If you don't provide them, {consequence}. We share them only with the service providers that run our booking, phone, payment and scheduling systems, some of which store data overseas (including the USA, the United Kingdom, Germany and the Netherlands). This Privacy Policy explains how to access or correct your information, how to complain, and how we handle it. Contact: blake@vantagepointfacilityservices.com.

| Request a new area | tell you when we can service your area | we can't let you know when we cover your area |

This policy explains how Vantage Point Facility Services Pty Ltd (ACN 700 018 775, ABN 89 700 018 775) handles personal information. We trade as Vantage Point Facility Services (commercial cleaning) and Vantage Point Cleaning (residential cleaning). "We", "us" and "our" mean the company under either brand.
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
This policy doesn't cover our employees' employee records, which are handled under our employment policies.
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Contact details | Name, phone, email, business name, role, suburb or address |
| Property or site details | Room counts, floor area, condition, access instructions, pets, parking, hazards, photos you upload |
| Service records | Bookings, visit times, checklists, before-and-after photos of the property, feedback and reviews |
| Calls and messages | Call recordings and transcripts (including calls answered by our AI receptionist), SMS and email |
| Payment information | Billing details and invoices. Card and bank details are held by our payment processor, Stripe; we don't store full card numbers |
| Job applications | Work history, availability, right-to-work status, references, and screening results such as police checks, Blue Card or NDIS worker screening where a site requires it |
| Marketing preferences | Whether you've agreed to receive offers and updates |
| Website usage | Device and connection information used for bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile checks our forms for bots), and campaign (UTM) details such as which ad or link brought you to us. We save campaign details in your browser's own storage so an enquiry records where it came from |
Access codes: we ask you not to put door or alarm codes in online forms. Where we need them, we collect them separately and store them securely, with access limited to the people who need them.
Mostly directly from you: through our websites and forms, by phone (including our AI receptionist), SMS, email, and when our team visits your site. Sometimes from others, for example a property manager who books on behalf of an owner, a client who refers you, or referees you nominate when you apply for a job.
Automated processing. Our AI receptionist answers calls, transcribes them and records your answers. Our website and phone enquiry process uses an automated score, based on details such as site size, cleaning frequency and budget, to decide which booking path an enquiry is offered. A person reviews enquiries flagged by the score, and you can always ask to speak to someone.
We use service providers to run our business. They handle personal information on our behalf:
