How the guides are organised
Every topic has an overview page that covers the whole subject, then deeper guides on each part of it. If a guide mentions a term or a decision that deserves more space, it links to the page that covers it properly.
Who writes these
The guides are written and reviewed by the team that runs Vantage Point Facility Services, from what we see cleaning commercial buildings on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane. Where a rule, standard or statistic matters, we cite the regulator or standards body so you can check it yourself. If you spot something out of date, tell us and we will fix it.
