Thanks — we’ll be in touch

Every site’s different, so instead of an instant slot, one of the team will call to walk through your scope and put together a proper quote — free, no obligation.

Thanks for thinking of us

Unfortunately, your monthly budget is below the minimum we need to deliver the standard of cleaning we’re known for, so we can’t take on your site just yet. We’d love to work with you down the track, so we’ll check in from time to time to see if anything has changed. If it does sooner, give us a call on 07 5651 2257.

Cleaner wiping low shelving in an empty childcare play room after closing
Who this is for

Centre directors and owners who need the clean to fit around sessions

A childcare centre does not close like an office. Sessions start early, finish late, and some rooms are in use while others are free. We work out the cleaning times with the director so the crew is in the right rooms at the right time, rather than assuming a single after-hours window.

This page is for long day care, preschool and kindergarten centres and out-of-school-hours care services on the Gold Coast, from single-site owners to multi-centre operators.

What’s in the written scope

A centre scope for play areas, change areas, kitchens and staff rooms

This is the standard childcare centre clean our crew works to. Your written scope sets out which of these apply to each room, and how often.

  • Play areas and activity rooms: floors, low surfaces and shelving wiped, bins emptied
  • Toilets and nappy change areas cleaned fixture by fixture, with red and yellow colour-coded cloths kept for those areas
  • Kitchens and food preparation areas: benches, sinks, appliance exteriors cleaned with green cloths kept for kitchens
  • Staff rooms and the front office
  • Entry, sign-in area and corridors
  • Touchpoints wiped on every visit: door handles, handrails, light switches, gate latches
  • Hard floors cleaned, with floors done last
  • Consumables restocked in the same pass as the toilets
  • Visit times agreed around your sessions and room use
  • Cleaner arrival and sign-in arrangements agreed with the director

How quality is checked

Inspected by someone who didn’t do the clean

A cleaner marking their own work isn’t a check. After the clean, a supervisor who wasn’t on the roster inspects the site and scores it against your written scope.

You receive a monthly cleaning report covering the agreed scope, so you see the result without having to ask.

Method

How the crew works in a centre

Around session times

The cleaning visit is planned around when rooms are in use, so the crew works in free rooms and does not disrupt a session.

Separate cloths for separate areas

Colour-coded microfibre keeps toilet and change area cloths away from kitchen and play area cloths. A cloth never crosses categories, and cloths are laundered separately by colour.

Measured dilution

Chemicals are diluted to the ratio on the product label, not eyeballed. Diluted bottles are labelled with the product name and ratio.

Yes. We agree the visit times with the director against your room use, so the crew works around sessions. The timing sits in your written scope.

Play areas, toilets and change areas, kitchens, staff rooms, the front office and entry. The written scope lists each room and how often it is cleaned.

On child-facing sites, the crew placed there are Blue Card holders. Every cleaner is also police checked.

That is the arrangement we set up for every site, so the crew learns your rooms and your routines.

With a colour-coded microfibre system: red and yellow for toilets and restroom surfaces, green for kitchens. A cloth never crosses categories.

A supervisor who did not do the clean inspects the site and scores it against your written scope. You receive a monthly cleaning report.
