We're looking for experienced commercial cleaning contractors with an ABN. You'll need at least 1 year of commercial cleaning experience. We give you regular, recurring sites with a written scope, and a monthly report card so you always know how the work is going.

We walk you through each site and its written scope before you start. Induction also covers emergency response, the SDS register, the key register, Connecteam and confidentiality.

The sites are commercial: offices, medical and dental centres, strata buildings and education sites. Every site has a written scope that sets out the areas and tasks the client expects, and the job details sit in Connecteam so you can check them on your phone. Before your first site we run an induction. Your first job with us is a paid trial, and each month we send a report card on how the work is going. You run the business and deliver the scope in your own way, with your own equipment and insurance.
As you show you can look after a site well, we can offer you more sites, and larger contracts as they come up. Your own workers can come with you once they’re police-checked and inducted. When we begin hiring employees, contractors who have worked with us will get the first offer.
