Weekly pay, full training and PPE, the same sites and hours every week, and a real path from cleaner to team leader for anyone who shows up and does the job properly.
You get paid on time, every week — no waiting on a client, no chasing a bookkeeper.
You're assigned to a regular site and a regular crew, not a different building every shift.
PPE, product, and equipment are supplied and you're trained to our written scope before you're on your own.
Reliable cleaners move up to team leader, then quality auditor or supervisor — we'd rather promote from inside the crew.

Paid trial on-site with your supervisor, then you're on the roster.
No experience required if you show up, take pride in the work and can pass a police check — we'll train the rest. If you've done commercial cleaning before, even better.
